The full Bistorya frozen bakery range is now available from our Doha cold store. Nine lines are held in stock: frozen bagel, plain and cheese poğaça, açma with olive, mini roll börek with cheese, Turkish and Anatolian-style cheese pastry, pistachio baklava and dökme simit.
Most lines are delivered cooked and frozen, so outlets serve after a short reheat; the mini roll börek is supplied uncooked for baking to order.
Cases are palletised for direct delivery to bakery counters, hotels, cafés and retail in-store bakeries.
